Welcome to My Class. By enrolling in our institute or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service, which together with our privacy policy govern My Class's relationship with you.

1. Admission and Enrollment

Admission to My Class is subject to availability of seats and fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the respective courses (Foundation, JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, or Board Exams). The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

2. Discipline and Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain strict discipline and decorum within the campus premises.
• Regular attendance is mandatory. Parents will be notified in case of unexplained absences.
• Any form of misbehavior, vandalism, or disruption of classes may result in immediate suspension or rustication from the institute without any fee refund.
• The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during ongoing class sessions unless explicitly permitted by the faculty.

3. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

Fees must be paid on or before the due dates specified at the time of admission. Delay in fee payment may attract a late fee or result in the suspension of the student's enrollment. Please note that fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in a specific course offering.

4. Intellectual Property and Study Material

All study materials, practice papers (DPPs), test series, and notes provided by My Class are the intellectual property of the institute. They are meant strictly for the personal use of the enrolled student. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

5. Performance and Results

While My Class provides expert faculty, comprehensive materials, and rigorous testing, we do not guarantee specific ranks or results in any competitive exams. Success depends on the student's hard work, dedication, and self-study. We reserve the right to publish the names and photographs of our successful students in our promotional materials.

6. Modification of Terms

My Class reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or notice board at the institute. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
